Reached out to him and after I got on a call with Juan, let me tell you.. to have a conversation with someone who personally knows a lot and has been doing whole-saling/real estate for years now was awesome. "I just want to say Juan is the real deal! Juan has gave me the instant confidence over the phone that I needed. He went over the script with me and found my voice. Before jumping into Juan program I would just say the script, even though it didn’t feel rite. I wasn’t bringing my voice alive in the script. I have gained the proper experience I need to be successful while cold calling. I am a person that genuinely hates role playing. However I understand in order for me to become great I have to role play. And the first role play that Juan and I did , I have to admit I was a little nervous .
